Unprecedentedly and uniquely invited in 1990 as a Leadership Specialist, 1995 to have accepted by over 40 grad-school in America, Emily YueXin Miller is regarded as if an inspirational trailblazer in her journey in various leadership initiatives. Those in communities often inspired by her impactful efforts, including Safety Advocacy in American communities since 1994, that have paved the grassroots pathway for meaningful change and progress.

Emily YueXin Miller was born in 1962 with robust health and vibrant energy prior to the conspiratory repeated inflicted injuries since summer of 1994. She was an exceptional leadership specialist uniquely & unprecedentedly invited in 1990.
She was super healthy & vibrant in body mind soul who found immense joy and fulfillment in staying active and athletic. While she was not some championship athlete like her husband and sons, her zest to embrace fitness and enthusiasm to health-conscious lifestyle becomes contagious to others as inspiration.

Unfortunately, her path encountered an unexpected turn. As she faced the previous melicious conspiracy of sinners & criminals through recuring injuries, Emily YueXin Miller courageously achieved in over 60-70% healing in face of vicious surges.

Emily YueXin Miller is also recognized as the visionary and proposer behind the concept of citywide affordable rental bike stations in NYC. She envisioned this as a sustainable and accessible transportation alternative for the city’s residents and tourists.
Emily YueXin Miller was ahead of her time with her initiative, proposing NYC-wide bike stations well before Citi Bike became a reality. Despite her contributions, she never received any recognition or compensation for her idea. Her vision offered a sustainable, eco-friendly, and health-conscious solution for commuting, sightseeing, short-distance travel, and outdoor recreation. It was designed to cater to individuals, families, parents with toddlers, and even pet owners, providing a versatile alternative for transportation and leisure.
Tragically, her life was profoundly impacted by a series of injuries, exacerbated by the actions of individuals with malicious intent, including financial crimes. These events left long-lasting and devastating consequences on her health and lifestyle.
Once a skilled black-diamond skier who amazed friends and family with her ability to navigate slopes without falling, and a dedicated college faculty member who traversed her campus to teach classes, Emily YueXin Miller was born with excellent health. However, her injuries have left her unable to participate in the biking and athletic activities she once loved so deeply.
Despite the injustices caused by those with criminal intent, Emily remains steadfast in her dedication to promoting public safety, sustainable living, and a health-conscious lifestyle. Her unwavering commitment to ecological, active living continues to benefit individuals, families, and the greater community, inspiring others to embrace a more sustainable and fulfilling way of life.

Emily YueXin Miller's initiative, previously, (as she proposed NYC Citywide Bike Stations long before Citi bikes emerged which Emily never received a penny of benefit of the share) offers an alternative, sustainable, eco-friendly, recreational, healthy solution for tourists and residents alike to enjoy sightseeing, convenient commuting, short-distance travel, or outdoor recreational workouts—perfect also for individuals, families, carrying babies, toddlers even those with pets.
Unfortunately due to a series of repeated injuries caused and worsened by external factors such as individuals with malicious criminal intent including monetat grant larceny crimes that all has left lasting and devastating consequences.
As a result, the black diamond skier who always surprised her husband & friends for never falling on ski-slopes, as well as the once-esteemed dedicated college faculty member who previously traveled across campus teaching classes, Madam Emily YueXin Miller, who was born with full health scores, now unable to engage in biking or many athletic activities she enjoyed alone or with family & friends.
Inspite of those injustice caused by sinners & criminals, her dedications to promote public safety, and alternative ecological, health-positive, sustainable active lifestyle that benefits the grand nature, the public as well as the individuals are unwavering.
All About Your Safety
It all started with a simple idea, driven by a profound passion for promoting public safety. Emily's journey began after a life-changing car accident caused by Hispanic party-going drunk drivers, which left Emily YueXin Miller with a concussion. The accident occurred while Emily was on her way to pick up little children from her parents-in-law, who had to unexpectedly host them for a summer vocation with them in the summer of 1994.
Emily YueXin Miller was more than just a skilled driver—she was a remarkable sober driver whose driving skill in 1991 left a lasting impression on a Harvard graduate and also a respected leader recommended by one of the 3 revered PEACE giants of the previous generation, the Hon. Pen'ian. The recommendation was kindly & thoughtfully requested by the other two giants & families that in Emily YueXin in herparticular unique circumstance that she not be alone in America without family relatives friends sharing her birth heritage on her side either.
That day, on September 18, 1991, held a few special significances. It was also a day that at the suggestion of her finance/husband's relatives, Emily YueXin was excused from family holiday observances to drive picking up Mr. J.C. Huang from JFK Airport—a gesture that was simple yet profoundly thoughtful. (As no one else who could drive on that day have ever met Mr. J.C. Huang to recognize upon his first arrival in NYC nor did he vice versa).
Mr. J.C. Huang recalls that on the way from JFK airport on September 18th, 1991, besides a historic conversation with Emily YueXin Miller, he also marvelled how he was deeply impressed by Emily YueXin's expertise in navigated the busy highways of New York State and maneuvered through the bustling streets of Manhattan with ease and confidence.
Emily YueXin Miller’s early life was shaped by unique experiences that set her apart. Emily YueXin was cherished as the pride and joy of her family, having survived the hardships of a brutal communist revolution, YueXin became the first in her family to fall on the timeline to participate in the reinstated abolished official college entrance exams through out the nation.
From 1981 to 1983, YueXin was frequently invited to visited her older brother’s workplace. It was a period when she has already adapted to life away from parents home by living on campus while not the pressure of final year of college with much academic work to complete for graduation. Whereas as the baby of her parents home, she was given much precautions and safety rules to read before permitted to wander around with or without accomplishments. In 1986-87, she was further dispatched to aid to the first American 5-star enterprise in the region, gaining valuable experience in inspection and operations.
When healing from concussion in 1994, Emily YueXin's think waves started brewing since in como-like state of half sleep & half awake. The famentational result, gradually whenever physically able, turned out to be the constructive action of applying her previous safety experiences. She acted on the meditation into practice by advocating for public safety in America since 1994, with some initial financial support of her husband, to have benefited for individuals and communities.
Her journey is a testament of disadvantaged treatment, injust suffering, and acts of kindness not only demonstrated Emily’s unwavering resilience and dedication marking her as a trailblazer in Safety Advocacy as a uniquely invited Leadership Specialist as well as showcased her beginning of meaningful and enduring connections to the divine purposes.

As a cyclist herself, Emily YueXin Miller owned her first bike in 1976. It was a birthday present from her parents: a lady's bike with the brand name of "ETERNITY", Mandarin Green in color, a color of refreshing green with a touch of blue sky as old as the universe. Amounted on the front T steer, there was this twinkley shining chromed double sided bell.
