Emily YueXin Miller, uniquely & unpresidentedly invited back in 1990, is an experienced community leader with 36 years of experience in NYC. She has been a steadfast advocate against ageism since her graduate school days 36 years ago, as well as against racism, anti-semitism, sexism. She has also participated in fighting crimes for decades through "crime prevention". YueXin (Emily) has been actively involved in improving public sector since 1988, tirelessly helping new adjusting immigrants families and their children to stay in school and graduate throughout 5 boroughs.

Born in 1962, YueXin (Emily) was admitted by over 40 graduate schools in America in 1985 when a most hard-working officially-assigned faculty member emerged well through sufferings of communist mobs torture of her parents and herself throughout 1966-1976. YueXin (Emily) has also been undertaking  humanitarian rescue with previous generation patriots and seasoned leader(s) since Autumn of 1988, intelligently involved in preventing war since 1989, while promoting Peace through the older generation anti-war patriots nominated program of "Kiting with YueXin🌛 for World Peace" since 1991.

Emily YueXin Miller is a true community heroine, working tirelessly to improve safety and security in American communities since her own traumatic incidental experience in 1994. Growing up in the equivalent of Madison Avenue and UWS but with much longer cosmopolitan history, suffered through communitist mobs 10 years revolution from 1966-1976, YueXin Miller developed a sophisticated comprehension about so called "class struggles" and human nature. When studying and researching from NYC uptown to downtown campuses, she has been starting to help philanthropically for 26 out of her 37 years work for communities, by planning and developing small businesses and organizations in America. YueXin thoroughly understands the issues with indepth of both the public and the private sectors in the initial America system of market economy.
